DENVER (KDVR) -- A couple with ties to Colorado is still overseas after their trip to Israel took an unexpected turn with a breakout of war.Anne and Randy Vrabel said they were in Nazareth with their church group at the time of the Hamas attack."They told us there had been an attack and that Israel was at war and they didn’t know what was going to happen, so they thought the Dead Sea would be a good place to go to,” Anne said. DENVER (KDVR) — Denver is working to house a thousand people by the end of the year, but other housing developments were already in the works before the mayor launched his plan. On Tuesday, the city celebrated a separate project getting ready to open in the middle of all the other construction. (KDVR) -- Three Aurora police officers investigated by the department after the deadly shooting of 14-year-old Jor’Dell Richardson have returned to full duty.According to a release from the Aurora Police Department, Sgt. Stephenson Cary, Officer Roch Gruszeczka and Officer James Snapp were all part of the response to an alleged robbery by a group of juveniles at a convenience store on June 1. A South Florida family is grieving after their brother, a commander for the Israeli military, was killed during the Hamas attack over the weekend.
